Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

This question is in concern of my son. My son his girlfriend and his 3 month old child currently live with my husband and I. My husband and I support them when needed as in whatever the child needs.

My question is if the mother of my grandchild keeps threatening to leave my son and find somewhere else to live and it is not appropriate living for the child, does my son have the right to keep his son in his own home

Your son needs to file a custody action so that he can obtain orders of custody which can include that the child remains in your home. As of now, he has no custody orders, so she can remove the child if she wants.
