Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

Non competive

Hi,

I worked for a client X as consultant through a company A

as W2 hourly employee till December 2003 for about 4 months.

Now I found the job through a company B at the same client X. This time I got permanent position at company B

I have signed a contract with the company A for not to work directly or indirectly for the client X for certain period.

I am wondering would that kind of contract can create any legal problems to me ? Please advice.

Re: Non competive

From my reading of you message you are violating the contract with company x and can be sued for breach of contract.
