is there a main street inside a private parking lot

Except in some very rare instances, an entire parking lot including the travel lanes in it are all private property and controlled by the land owner. There is no "main street" per se. Everyone using the travel lanes in the lot have to use due care and keep a proper lookout for those in the other lanes.
