My family has a house that is in some trouble. I do I find out if there is a lien on our house?

Re: lien

You can go to the clerk's office in town hall and search the title, although if you aren't familiar with how that's done, you'll have a hard time of it. The town clerk won't search the title for you. Or you can hire a title searcher to do it for you, for probably $100 or so.
