Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

Right-of-Way termination

I purchased a home this year. There is a right-of-way that was in the deed for my driveway that allows the neighbor to use my driveway to get to his garage. My question is how I can get it removed. In Section 47-38 of Chapter 822 in the Connecticut Statutes it indicates I can dispute it by serning the other party papers and having it recorded. What paper(s) do I fill out?

Property law is very complicated and region specific. You should consult an attorney in your area.
