John Smith is the durable POA for his mother Mary Smith, an Alzheimers patient. John Smith is now physically incapacitated due to ALS. John Smith's wife Jane Doe , has a limited POA for her husband. Can Jane Doe sign Mary Smith's name on checks or contracts?
