Legal Question in Workers Comp in Connecticut

Tendinitis

I have tendinitis in both elbows. Surgery on one has relieved much of the pain. The left needs surgery. Workers comp was denied for the right elbow altho my doc says it was caused by computer use. I was fired allegedly due to performance issues. Are there any successful cases out there I can use to bolster my case?

Re: Tendinitis

If your case is being denied in such a manner, you would be well served to get a lawyer. You are not in a situation where you are going to win it on a "do it yourself" basis. Whether or not anything can be done about the firing would require a discussion of the sequence of events.
