Workers Compensation Law

As an employer we provide WC insurance to our employees who work in many US states. Some of our employees occasionally travel outside the US for short periods. What is our obligation to provide workers compensation insurance for employees when they are out of the US.

As Employees of your Company, they would have a claim for WC benefits under Connecticut Law if they were injured on a job out of the Country, assuming there principal place of employemt is here and they are off on a short term assignment but would be returning back here.
