Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Delaware

accused of being a racist

my daughter who is a grad. student at a university was accused of being a racist by a professor in front of black students during a sociology conference and threatend her by stating he is going to report her to the director of grad school . my daughter being a sociology major was one of the key organizers of the conference. a black grad. student asked my daughter if she could set up a meeting with the key speaker so he could meet him. my daughter's reply was the agenda was complete , printed and was not able to be changed. also you are scheduled to have dinner with the speaker and 5 other students . there is also '' a meet and greet'' session scheduled during the conference. so you have two opportunities to speak to him.

does she have a case for legal action against the professor since he is dead set on hurting her in her attempts to graduate in may 2008 with her masters and she is also in the phd program at the university . this is all because of the complaint from the black student.
