Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Delaware

Intentionally hit!!!

On Friday evening I drove to Philadelpia from Baltimore. When I was at a toll booth I decided to allow a truck to get into my lane b/c he was trying to get out of the EasyPass lane. The person behind got extremely upset and squeezed his truck next to me and told me that I did not let him pass he would hit me. I had no where else to go so it was not even an option. It was stop and go traffic and when we had to go, he hit the side of my car. Now the act was intentional and my insurance is covering the cost (about $1000), but I still have to pay a $500 deductible. What can I do about this?

Your insurance company should pursue subrogation from the other driver's insurance company (or directly from the other driver if he is uninsured) for the amount it pays to repair your vehicle plus your deductible.
