Can I have a weapon in my home if my husband is on probation for a DUI in Delaware.

There is nothing wrong with you having a weapon assuming it is properly licensed. However, you must ask probation what effect that weapon will have on their supervision of your husband. It may be possible for the two to co-exsist if certain precautions are taken (ie a locked cabinet that only you have a key to.)
Bring it up with the probation department as soon as you speak to your husband's lawyer.
