ownership of my home

i am getting re married and own my own home only my name is on the title, after we marry does my new husband have ownership to my house and can he claim anything if we should divorce

Home is pre-marital property which should be identified as such in pre-nuptial agreement you 2 should sign. Husband may acquire equity interest in home after marriage. Call us if you need pre-nuptial. Ed pankowski
