Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Delaware

Question regarding a WILL

I haven't seen this covered anywhere, and I'm not sure how or if I can do this exactly. I am married (2nd marriage) and I own my home in my name only. I would like to set my will up (should I die before my husband) stating that I want to leave my home to my daughter (from 1st marriage, and only child), with the stipulation that my spouse be allowed to remain in the home until he dies or decides to leave. How can I do this? The thing is that I don't want to leave the home to my spouse, as he has children from his first marriage as well, and then should something happen to him, his children would take possession. I want to make sure that he has this home to live in for as long as he needs, but insure that my own child will ultimately be the one receiving the final benefit of my home.

Any guidance or tips on how I can accomplish this? Thank you.
