Legal Question in Business Law in District of Columbia

what do i do when i enrolled into a school i recieved a sally mae loan i wasnt able to attend the school so they said they sent the loan back but the loan people said they didnt send it back and now it seems like the school is giving me the run around and the loan is steal there collecting intrest

and i cant get an apt,loan,certain jobs ect this is really messing me up

Hire a creditor right's attorney IMMEDIATELY. This will continue to follow you around until you clear it up. You can also file protests with all three major credit bureaus to contest. In addition, you need to put in writing what you need from the school to PROVE that the loan was never initiated. If the school won't play ball, your attorney may have to sue it.
