If you relocated, you will need to register with the secretary of state of the new state. You may also need to change your operating agreement to reflect the new address, new registered agent, and the laws of the new state. The best thing you can do is contact an experienced corporate attorney who can advise you on the laws of the new state and the modifications needed, if any.
