Legal Question in DUI Law in District of Columbia

hi

for any traffic violations,where you havent been arrested or finger printed ,will it ever show up in the finger printing during h1 visa interview.

i have a reckless reduced to speeding and a careless driving citation...but not arrested or finger printed...please suggest

I agree that this would be very unlikely. And I don't practice in Virginia, but from what I understand, sometimes in VA (or in Federal Court) these may be considered more of a criminal offense than they would be in DC or MD. But even so, because it was reduced to speeding and careless driving it shouldn't be a problem. Even in VA I think your only posssible worry would be Reckless.
