What will happen to me being that I have a violation of protection order, will immigration deport me and how long does the deportation process take?

Violation of a protection order is not likely to

be considered a basis sufficient to warrant putting you into removal proceedings. Such a violation would normaly be regarded as a misdemeanor offense at most and not a CIMT(Crime Involving Moral Turpitude).
