Dear Inquirer:

The USCIS may ask for client confirmation and/or contracts to prove that your consulting company sponsor has an actual job site at which to place you.

I recommend that you email me at [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule a consultation to discuss this matter further.

Re: question on h1b extension

USCIS is indeed concerned when companies send their employees to work for other companies. There may be alternative forms of documentation, aside from a letter that could be documented. Such as, contracts between the client and your company. A full understanding of the business relationship will have to be considered before I can provide other examples.

Note, most out-of-state attorneys can legally help you because we are permitted to practice federal immigration law outside of our state of jurisdiction.
