Legal Question in Immigration Law in District of Columbia

Re-entering the US with bad credit history

I left the US shortly after graduating from Uni. and left a couple outstanding credit cards unpaid for. Note that I am not an American Citizen or any of that, was there as an international student and racked up credit card bills which soon became out of my hands :-( My question is, I would like to return for a visit next year on a tourist visa - will I have problems with immigration? It will have been 6 years since I left.

No, an alien's previous credit history in the U.S. would not be a bar to his entry.
