Legal Question in Employment Law in District of Columbia

My company I work for 10 years fire me because I went to bathroom it is 3 block from I work . It yaks 5mint walk and wait for 3 mint and after I use I go back to work before that the company auditor come and they can't find me then they report to the company then the company fired me is there any way I can challenge in court

If there is no bathroom on the premises, DC law allows you to leave the premises to use the restroom. Obviously, if your employer had guidelines in place, those must also be taken into consideration. Feel free to call me to discuss.
