Legal Question in Traffic Law in District of Columbia

My Maryland driver�s license is suspended from 20 yr old parking tickets in DC. I am told I couldn't fight the tickets in court because they are too old. Can you fight very old parking tickets in DC traffic court?

No, the deadline to fight them is very short. However, it is unlikely that parking tickets would cause a license suspension in MD (they would need to be moving violations, would they not?) Regardless, DC does often have amnesty days where you can save a lot of money.
