Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I am an Orange County Public School Teacher who is working on getting my Professional Educators Certificate... I teach Pre-K... I passed all tests except the general knowledge math... I am in jeopardy of loosing my job ... I have a learning disability called dyscalculia which makes it even harder for me to pass something that is not needed for me to be an effective early childhood educator...is there anything that can be done?

I would speak with your Human Resources Department and tell them you are seeking an accomodation for your disability. They should have a procedure in place to address these issues. If they won't help you, you may want to meet with an attorney to discuss the issues. Im sure I could consult with you if need be.
