Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

Would this Sexual Harrasment?

I have worked for Sears going on three months and have always dressed in professional attire. I was approached by Loss Prevention manager and assistant manager informing me that i was breaking the dress code that I had to wear black and white, skirts or slacks. My position is contracted out therefore I was informed by my boss that my attire was acceptable. On this day I was wearing a grey skirt past my knees, black leather boots (only mayybe two inches showing of my leg) and black undershirt and a purple long sleeve blouse) i was told by the manager that heels where aloud but not boots. Its not in any policy. The LP manager approached me for the second time telling me that did I do something different with myself that I looked different.. I said no only curled my hair. They also asked me questions about my job and felt as if they were interigating me.. speaking with another LP, he told me that this LP manager was out to get me because he was having us follow you on camera and see if he can get a shot of my tatoo on my stomach.. no one knows about my tat for I always dress prof..Unless he was watching me in a corner on the monitor fixing my shirt and skirt.. I feel embarrassed (for both managers did this infront of assoc. wht can
