Legal Question
my boyfriend is in the county jail on a failure to appear on a armed robbery case. he has no bond. he did not commit the crime but he was present along with three other young men. the man misidentified my boyfriend. his friend that actually commited the crime is willing to admit to the crime. how should we expect the out come of this to go and if it helps the driver received 4 years probation the other fellow nothing
