Re: bankruptcy

There are actually several types of bankruptcy procedures. However, there are two most common to individuals, Ch. 7 and Ch 13. When you file for bankruptcy you are required to list ALL debt you owe including car loans, medical bills, personal loans etc.

Whether the debts you list will be discharged is another story, and is largely determined by the type of bankruptcy you file. Determining which form of bankruptcy you qualify for, or need (If any) can be accomplished relatively quickly, but it depends on several factors which can't really be addressed in this setting.
