Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Bankruptcy & Recieving a settlement check for a lawsuit

I am planning on filing BK Ch.7 but just found out I will be receiving a check from a lawsuit I filed against wendy's for being attacked in their drivethru. If I file Ch.7 will the money be taken? How should I handle this so that I do not loose this money?
