Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I live in HOA condo, and I am in the middle of bankruptcy. HOA had the cable disconnected last night due to non payment for the HOA. HOA informed me that I can not have the cable reconnected, until past due payment is made. It's the weekend and I cannot speak with Brighthouse (cable provider) until monday, but I am hoping someone can help me, so I can rest my mind. Will brighthouse be able to assist transferring the account from HOA to an individual account due to the bankruptcy? Please advise.....Also, HOA is threatening to have the water disconnected........common area keys taken away......parking garage key taken away......and even call the police if they catch us near the pool area.....My lawyer said they cant do that....but they KEEP making threats! .......PLEASE advise! Thanks!

You have an attorey already so it would be unethical for me to interfere. Your attorney can bring an action for contempt against the HOA. Although HOA fees are not part of the bankruptcy, that doesn't give them authority to shut off utilities, etc., as is happening in your case.
