business fraud in largo
i am a 1/3 owner of a business in largo,fl. I have been in dispute with other partners one partner told police i was dicruntled employee and had me arrestred when i was trying to get business records. charge was dropped. Now 2 years leter after i have reported him to charlie christ and govenor bush about the situation. irs fraud, fda fraud, threatning my with an admitted arson he commited in1991. Now since the state attorney nor the governor did anything for over a year my business partner has now killed someone in a dui manslaughter with 2 other victims seriously injured. Now today I find out the company is folded. I am owed thousands of dollars from them. My tax records indicate over 100k in building contents. I want that business they never contacted me about closing. I don't have money for an attorney, but i know this case is worth over 300K. I am willing to help in anyway please help me i am a 1/3 owner.

You have a case but probably no way to collect an award. You really would need an attorney to determine if you have any options remaining.
