Is there a Florida law limiting shop fees charged by automotive repair shops to 10% of the total bill.

Florida law requires that the price not deviate from the written estimate by more than 10% without the customers approval. I am not aware of any limitations on the types of fees charged as long as they are provided in a written estimate or the repair is exempt from needing a written estimate (less than $100)
