Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I want to start a business and want to know what questions I should ask to qualify a business attorney. Are there questions I should ask to ensure they are the best at what they do for what I need?

Many attorneys have their credentials and areas of practice posted on their websites, which you can review before contacting the attorney. You should find an attorney who has established the type of entity which you may need (e.g. partnership, LLC, PA, Corp), and the attorney should have enough experience to be able to determine which type of entity would best serve your needs. You should find an attorney who has some experience relevant to type of business you wish to transact (e.g. international/domestic, manufacturing, financial, etc) as certain industries pose unique issues. You may also want to find an attorney who primarily practices business law but who works for a "full service" law firm where there are other types of specialized attorneys which may service your related needs (e.g. tax, intellectual property, real estate, litigation). Beyond this, I think you should use your own good sense and choose an attorney with whom you are completely comfortable and trust.

Best of luck in your search.
