If I have a store lease that expires April 31 and I decide to move to a larger store before the lease expires but pay the rent through the end of April, does the landlord have the right to show the property without my permission unless I agree, until the lease expires?

The terms of the lease agreement will determine whether the landlord has the right to show the property to prospective replacement tenants and, if so, when the landlord may do so.
