urgent-need advise before judge renders her decision
Looking to find the statutes that support the legality of a sign in my business stating that we are not responsible for property left over 60 days. A customer is suing for a refund of monies paid for a car engine which was never picked up after being paid for after seven months. The judge asked me to provide this before she renders her decision. All I wanted was compensation for storage, even though we feel that the plantiff abandoned his property. Time is of the essence, please advise

I suggest that you visit a local law library for specific information. Failing such, perhaps you should retain a lawyer to do the work for you.
