Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida

i signed a contract for an even that i have to cancel. the contract says i have to pay with in 14 days of the party which is in a few days and I havent paid. I know that I will lose the deposit but can I be sued for not paying the balance in full if i cancel

2. PAYMENT

-All deposits and administration fees are non-refundable. Deposit Amount: $2500.00

-Full balance is due14 days prior to event date.

-Minimum guest count guarantee is due 14 days prior to event. Guest count may increase up to day of charter.

-Prices are subject to change, if client decreases guest count by 10% or greater than original quote.

-All rates are quoted and include a cash discount of 4%,for payments made via cash, check, or bank wire.

-Rates will increase by 4% when paying by credit card.

-Checks are made payable to: Tikki Beach Mailing Address: 253 NE 2nd St. Suite 809 Miami FL 33132

-ALL Bookings require a credit card on file. Any damages caused to vessel due to negligence will be the charterer�s responsibility.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

-If cancelled at any time, full deposit is forfeited.

-If cancelled within 30 days of scheduled date, all monies will be forfeited.

-Cancellation policy does not apply during a hurricane, monies will be refunded if event cannot be rebooked.
