Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida
I will be moving to Florida soon. I run a web design company that deals in both Adult web design and regular web design. Recently a company requested that I download files and mail off DVD's once a month from a content producer over seas. Is it legal for me to mail out DVD's from Florida with Adult movie files on them?

Without a valid license from the content owner, you could be civilly and criminally liable.
