Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Florida

Speaking about ''assasinating president''

I'm trying to find specifics about federal and/or state laws regarding speaking or writing about a ''presidential assassination''? Does this apply to other government positions in a similar way? Does it apply to ex-presidents or other ex-government? What parts fall inside and outside of first amendment rights?

Re: Speaking about ''assasinating president''

Yes it does. The first Amendment does not allow you to speak about or write about killing the President or other elected officials. Expect a visit by the FBI and/or the Secret Service if you do so.
