Without a signed contract Ido i have a chance in small claims court Just wondering if you could give me any tips I am going to small claims court this afternoon over a lady that I did I built a fence for her I had a contract that she didn't sign but she agreed to it give me half my money down and now she don't want to pay the other half any suggestions that I could win that case I have a letter receipts picture sect she owes me $2900,00

Is today the pre-trial conference, or the trial? Did you sue her on a contract, or for services provided? need a lot more information to give you a decent answer, but the really short answer is "yes, you have a chance"
