Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

i live i florida and i purchased a used vehicle from a dealer and was given a certifed fax report and told that the vehicle was ford certifed and was never damaged...after bringing the vehicle home i found a paid bill from the previous owner in the glove box to a body shop for damaged done to the vehicle in excess od 2500.00 ..had i known this i would not have paid as much for the car or i would have not bought it at all....the dealer had access to the same information i had because it was in the glove box but never disclosed it to me....do i have any recourse
