florida car law

i recently bought a new car and i'm not sure if i want it how long do i have to return it and can i get my down payment back?

There is not right to bring any car back after you sign the contract and drive it off of the car lot. A deal is a deal under Florida law. If you are truly unhappy, you may be able to sell it back to the dealer or trade it for another vehicle but you have no right to return it except if the dealer offers you that privilege.

you do not have that ability. you boughtit, it's yours -- unless you have something in your contract to the contrary, which would surprise me.
