loss of item by courier
hi there i bought ann item from a shop over the internet in florida, the
item was lost in the post and it turns out after the shop made the
insurance claim with the us post office, that they used the worng
insurance and postal service for this item. i live in britain and am looking
for advice on what to do next. i think this case could be taken to small
claims but i am in britain

Sue the seller for non-delivery. If you paid by credit card dispute the charges.
