Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Paid for products, never received, no refund

I operate a small business in CA. I paid a company in Florida over $10,000 by cashiers check for 3 products in 3/05. There were delays on their parts and they kept saying they would send me the products. They eventually stopped returning my phone calls and emails. BBB contacted them and they said they would ship products by 11/2006! I've contacted the FL state attorney generals office and fild a complaint.

What would my next step be? Should I keep pushing them to refund my money, file a lawsuit in FL, or lawyer up?

Thanks in advance.

Under the unfortunate set of circumstances, you should have an attorney send out a legal demand letter to this company at issue to ensure prompt delivery of the products you ordered, or face immediate court action alternatively. For a free phone consultation, contact us directly today.

There's something more to the story that, so far, you haven't told us.
