Do i have 72 hours to cancel contract if i dont want the truck

No. There is not 3 day right of recission for the purchase of a vehicle. It would be impractical to expect a car or truck dealer to have to take back a vehicle in the first three days as the vehicle is no longer new. Once you make the purchase, it is your truck.
