Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Bank repossessed my car after I paid them what they asked for?

Hello, I was 90 days behind on my car payments, went to the bank that financed the loan, was told if I can come up with 1 months payment i can qualify for there hardship program. I paid the months payment and 12 hours later they repossessed my car! went back to bank they gave me the run around and proceeded to tell me I now need to pay another months payment plus $395.00 repo fee plus 100.00 a day stotage fee, and even if I could pay all that today, I still cannot get my car until tuesday, is this legal? Plus the repo company was causing damage to my car. Thank you
