in florida can a judgement be disputed aftet filed 4 years old. i was unable to get to court at time of case due to finances and i was out of state

Without knowing the type of judgment, it is hard to answer. However, the general answer would be NO. Usually you only have one year from the entry of a Judgment to set it aside for fraud, misrepresentation or mistake. This does not mean if you had the opportunity to out up your defenses before and did not, having a default placed against you, that you would get it set aside. You would have to prove more than that. But four years later it would be beyond the Courts control to set it aside in almost all cases.
