Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I am researching a collection case I am involved in (as debtor), and noticed the creditor's attorney requested the case be reopened about a year ago for a $50 fee. However, the fee is still unpaid. I am probably reaching, but is it possible to ask for a dismissal or at least a stay of proceedings until paid?

In many jurisdictions the fee to reopen a case is $50. but this is payable by the party moving to reopen the case to the clerk. It is an administrative fee and not a legal one so it probably can not be used to dismiss the case. Additionally, there is a good chance that it is paid when filing, but not docketed with the court.
