Legal Question
I have a friend that is in the UK he can not get hands on his money in the state cause he wallet was stole and now he is in trouble with judge system and he need to get money to bail himself out.But the bank will not let him take money out until he gets back to the state but the UK will not let him leave Is there something that I could do for him at this end?
