Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hired but not getting paid

During this previous winter break from the 15 to the 29nd I was working with the company Carribean Cruise Line on the phones. I made a about 15 sales while working there. It is now the 15 of January and have been given the run around. I still havent recieved any checks. What should I do?

Were you an independent contractor or a salaried employee? If salaried or pay by hour-- not an independent contractor--see a lawyer. Attorney's fees are collectible. You can still contact an attorney if an independent contractor but no legal fees.
