received a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal from the creditor who had filed a judment or request for judgment against me, the motion was filed in Escambia county Florida, I have moved to Alabama several months ago. Should I ensure this motion is also filed with the Escambia County Florida Clerk's Office and the Court in Alabama in case the creditor proceeds aginst me in Alabama? The dismissal is without prejudice under Rule 1.420 of the florida Rules of Civil Procedures

No. All this means is that he is voluntarily dismissing the suit he started against you in Florida without prejudice. He can start it again in Alabama.
