4 years if based on oral agreement, 5 years if written.

Re: Statues of limitations for open end debt in Florida

If the debt is based on invoices, etc, then 5 years (as well if written agreement); for all other agreements (which would include oral agreements), 4 years from the date debt is due or you knew or should have known the debt is due.
