Return Check

i paid for a class at a local college that i never went to. The check I paid with bounced. Do i still owe the full amount of the check or do i need to pay just the bounce check fee or do I not have to pay any of it?

If you issued the check, you have a liability. Did you ever ask for a refund. Perhaps ypu can resolve the matter by paying the bank charges incurred
