Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i sold a gift card to a gift card reseller and have never got my money. I think they went out of business. i put the card number in to view the balance and it still shows the full amt on card. can I legally use the card because i have never received compensation for it

If you sold the gift card and the funds were never paid, I would say the deal is void. Use the card.
